Vickie is a social enterprise and organisation builder. She helps people translate their ideas and lean budgets into organisations with harmonious and efficient working systems. She founded her first social enterprise, Nafisika Trust aged 21 to educate inmates in prison and build the capacity of Kenya's prisons to reduce reoffence. Vickie is currently providing Board Level support for two new social initiatives for which she is co-founder; Spaces International and Centre for Plant Pathogen Interactions Research- a virtual research centre.
